Frogs and Chinese hot pot

Warning: Some may find the following images disturbing.

Frog dishes are not rare in Hong Kong or whole Asia except Japan. As far as I know, some European countries also eat such as France.

When I mentioned about frogs dishes, most of Japanese said, "Frogs? Oh my god, so gross! Do you eat that??"

Well, I don't care what they say. I will still keep eating it. haha

One of my favorite Chinese hot pot restaurants in HK serves very fresh frogs for a hot pot.

When it's served, it's still moving on a plate!
One of the leg has stretched out, so it's sticking out from the plate....

Frog (after cooked)

The taste? It's between Chicken and white fish. It doesn't have weird taste or smell at all.
